  • Can I take classes back to back?

    Yes, but….

I highly recommend taking levels 1 and 2 back to back. There is a foundation and understanding of the system comes only with practice.

This does not mean you have to have a business. But Levels 1 and 2 are the foundation of the system. There is a level of understanding that builds a foundation for safety, communication and appropriate application of the techniques. In my experience taking 1 and 2 back to back gives you a better understanding of the system than taking 1 by itself.

Levels 3 and 4 can be taken back to back with a good proficiency and understanding of the foundation of the system. However, it is recommended to space them out to fully integrate what you have learned.

  • I already have a stretching program. Why would I use Rossiter?

Most stretching programs focus solely on muscles and muscle groups. The Rossiter Stretching goes a level deeper by lengthening and loosening the body’s connective tissue – the fascia, tendons and ligaments that surround muscles, give them shape and flexibility, and connect them to other muscles and bones. Strong, well-developed muscles are important , but those muscles have to move well to function and perform optimally. Rossiter Stretching, in effect, loosens the entire outside support structure for the muscles, giving them an extra layer of looseness, range of motion and injury prevention.
